Rooms booked with this code are amendable and cancellable until 6:00 PM on the day of arrival. You can book up to 4 rooms at a time.

Scandic also offers a Sports Menu for seniors and juniors (up to 14 years old) for teams, including a main course, salad, butter, bread, and a meal drink at all hotels starting from 199 SEK/person and meal/ 169 SEK youth (13) (not included in the Cup Pass). Scandic also provides take-away refreshments starting from 70 SEK/person and evening meals from 75 SEK/person. This must be pre-ordered at least 2 weeks before arrival.

Book Accommodation Teams need to book the number of Cup Pass B to stay at the hotel, no later than February 18, and payment must be received by us by April 7. We have approximately 1200 hotel accommodations, and they fill up quickly - first come, first served.
